We offer rooms for rent for all types of events: kids' parties, courses, private parties, workshops, guided activities, coaching, team building, rehearsals, and private classes with a teacher.

Booking Conditions and Rules
How is payment and confirmation made?
The rental is only confirmed after 100% of the amount is paid. We accept card (via secure link) or cash at reception. Note: In case of cancellation, the amount is non-refundable.
How do the schedules and overtime work?
Your reservation includes setup and cleanup time. We open doors 5 minutes before. Watch the clock! If the event runs over, extra 15-minute intervals will be charged (€30/interval). Lights are programmed to turn off automatically 5 minutes after your exit time.
Is a security deposit required?
Not for regular classes. For one-off events, we request a €100 guarantee 48 hours before. If the room is left as delivered (clean, without decoration, and on time), we will return the deposit within 7 days.
What is prohibited in the studio?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, and unrented areas must not be used. To decorate walls, use only painter's tape (the kind that leaves no marks).
Who is responsible for the activity and what requirements do I need?
By renting the space, you or your company assume full responsibility for the activity, the safety of attendees, and the items you bring, exonerating Stage One from liability regarding the event's development. If renting for professional activity: You must be up to date with Tax and Social Security obligations, comply with occupational risk regulations, and have your own Liability insurance.
