Booking Conditions and Rules
How is payment and confirmation made?
The rental is only confirmed once 100% of the amount has been paid. Until then the room is not reserved and someone else may book it first. You can pay by card (via secure link), in cash at the centre or, for rentals with an invoice, by bank transfer. Note: in case of cancellation, the amount is not refunded under any circumstances.
How do the schedules and overtime work?
We open the doors 5 minutes before the booked time; if you need to arrive earlier, you will have to extend the rental time. Your start and end times must include setup and cleanup. If the event runs over, you can book extra time to leave later, subject to availability, in 15-minute intervals at €30 per interval. Lights turn on automatically 5 minutes before and turn off 5 minutes after the agreed exit time.
Is a security deposit required?
Not for regular classes. For one-off events, the deposit is €150, or €250 for parties for young people aged 17 to 25. It is separate from the rental: you can pay it whenever you like, no later than 48 hours before the event starts. We return it within 7 days, after checking the room, if the conditions have been met: leaving it in the same state it was delivered, removing the rubbish, taking down the decoration, emptying the fridge and leaving at the agreed time.
What is prohibited in the studio?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, and no area other than the rented room may be used. To stick things on the walls, use only painter's tape (the kind that leaves no marks). At parties, food and drink must stay inside the room: you cannot go out with glasses or drinks. To smoke or talk on the street, go to the corners of the block, not in front of the school.
Who is responsible for the activity and what requirements do I need?
By renting the space, you or your company assume full responsibility for the activity, the safety of attendees, and the items you bring, exonerating Stage One from liability regarding the event's development. At parties, a responsible person must keep their phone on throughout the party, so we can reach them if the rules are not followed; for parties for young people aged 17 to 25, that person must be an adult. If renting for professional activity: you must be up to date with Tax and Social Security obligations, comply with occupational risk regulations, and have your own Liability insurance.
